Smoke/CO2 Detector FALSE ALARM

I purchased and installed the smoke/co2 detectors from Ring (w 1st gen). It's been several incidents now where each triggered an alarm where 1 occassion, the police/fire department showed up. It was a false alarm since both floors where the detectors triggered also have another independent smoke/co2 detectors and that did not trigger. That cancels the possible CO2. Definitely no smoke/fire either. While it is very important to have these monitors, the false alarms cancels the confidence that it can actually protect us during a real incident. Any help or suggestions?
