Pan-Tilt Cam Should Support Web Control – Core Functionality Missing

I recently purchased the Ring Pan-Tilt Cam with the expectation that it would provide flexible, wide-area coverage. While the camera itself is high quality, I was very surprised to discover that pan and tilt functions are not available through the web interface.To me, this defeats the main purpose of buying this camera. If I can’t control its movement from a browser — especially when monitoring from a work computer or shared screen — it essentially becomes an expensive fixed-position camera. That feels like a major step backward in usability, especially when the microphone and speaker controls are accessible via the web.This isn’t just a “nice-to-have” feature. It’s a core function of the device, and it limits the flexibility Ring is known for. I really hope the team prioritizes adding this ability soon — the hardware is capable, and the app already supports it, so it seems like a logical and needed enhancement for full functionality.Thanks for considering this feedback.
