Help!

My ring cameras all say they are online in the app. I am receiving motion alerts and person detection alerts but nothing is recording. Network name field is blank but says online. Cannot change network. Error “hmmm something went wrong” appears when I try this. I have rebooted. I have unplugged. I have went to the device health which tells me there was a “major device outage” but no further details. Can’t login to my account online. Error XXXX. What. Is. Happening?!!!

      Mine also. I called in and the recording said they were aware of the issue
