FTP Still Image

I would like to use my ring camera to upload still images as a weather camera to wunderground.com. To do this the image has to be uploaded via FTP. From what i can find there is no way of getting the still image taken every 30 seconds via an API or similar or to configure ring to upload this on my behalf.Can this be added as a feature please.
