I’m new to this Community…& this is my issue. Our Ring Doorbell model: 8VRASZ-VEN0 , is wirelessly installed under our North facing, covered porch. The issue being, during the daytime, footage taken of any subjects, walking onto our porch, are all dark with shadows. I couldn’t identify anyones features…from the recording. How can this be resolved?
