Ability to turn off trial period nag
It is my considered opinion that, if you are a Ring user who has purchased a Protection Plan subscription within the span of the initial 30-day Trial subscription period, the Ring app should no longer display that horribly annoying orange banner at the bottom of the screen that nags you about the upcoming end to your Trial period. It makes no sense at all. Why would you want this app to continually nag you about a future event that you know full well will be happening because you paid to make it happen! This app really needs a user choice in Settings to switch that banner off. I want that thing gone... now! Not 27 days from now! Ridiculous! But... let's ask the question, because that's what the Ring Community is here for. Is there a way to turn that orange nag banner off?

Agree, I bought the plan I wanted before the trial ran out but I still get the nag even though I'm in a plan.

Me too! I purchased the Basic plan but the nag banner remains. RING, please turn this off or give us the option to disable once a plan is in place.

Hi everyone, I’m not sure if you guys found a solution, but I believe I did. To have that orange banner removed, 1. Go to the three lines on the upper left-hand corner. 2. Control center 3. Cookies and third-party service provider. 4. Turn off (opt out) both third-party Web app analytic cookies and personalized advertising. Exit completely out of the app and restart it. Let me know if this work for you.

Hi @user_1a0cef. No, there is no option to turn off the orange banner at this time. I've moved your post to our Feature Request board, which we use for feedback and suggestions on the Ring app and Ring devices.
