Ring Flood & Freeze Sensor + Alexa Skill

Hello, I recently purchased a Ring Flood & Freeze Sensor and enabled the Alexa Ring Skill. My Alexa Dot announces a water leak but not my 2 Echo Show devices downstairs. All the devices are available when I navigate to the sensor under the Notifications section in the Alexa app. The two downstairs are enabled. Things I've Tried: 1) Removed the Skill and added it back 2) Removed the sensor from the Alexa app and add it back 3) Setup a Routine (not available for Flood & Freeze sensor) and verified my Echo Show devices make announcements when a door is opened
