Ring Chime wont join my wi fi network
troubleshooting
I purchased the Battery Doorbell pro yesterday and is working well, apart from some drop outs from my network, I also purchased the Ring Chime but the Chime wont join my wi fi. I've tried numerous ways to connect, should I have bought the Chime Pro?

Hi @user_8b4432. The only difference between the Ring Chime and Chime Pro is that the Pro can act as a wifi extender for your Ring devices. Is your wifi router dual-band? The Ring Chime is only compatible with 2.4GHz, so you may need to split the bands, or create a guest network using only 2.4GHz.
