Notification not sent to alexa

I've the Ring doorbell for a few months and I always received notifications when the doorbell rang on Alexa, but today I simply stopped receiving them,I just keep receiving the notification on the ring app, I've tried disabling the skill and removing the devices in the Alexa app, I've also tried unlinking my Amazon account on the Ring app and link again but I still have the same problem.Had anyone got the same problem and how did you fix it?
