Creating new routine in Echo Show 8 is not working

When I create a new custom message in routine like back door open for door sensor it is not working with Echo show 8. The announcement says 'Its not supported yet' instead of announcing custom message. Any advise.

The Echo Show 8 is certainly a [compatible Alexa device](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031246412-Ring-Supported-Alexa-enabled-Devices) to integrate with your Ring device as long as your Ring device model is also listed in the link above.
