Wifi Setup stops at 95%
troubleshooting
I have Verizon Fios and recently switched to their new Quantum Gateway router. Unfortunately after the switch, my Ring doorbell stopped connecting to wifi. When I tried the setup it always stopped at 95%. I've seen other posts with the same issue. Are there any possible solutions? I purchased the erro wifi extender system and Ringchime Pro but that still didn't resolve the problem.

Hi @user_216ec7. What type of device are you trying to setup? Is there a VPN active on your network. Have you adjusted your Ports and Protocols or WiFi channels? What light patterns/colors are you seeing on your device? This information will help us understand what is going on.
