Why is my fully charged doorbell 3 battery showing as grey not green in app device health?

Freshly charged battery showing as grey in device health instead of green. No percentage available. When I click on it it just takes me through a link to buy another! This is just getting more and more unusable. The live feed is working fine and history is showing as working. What have they done now?!

Hi @Manta. When you navigate to the Device Health page for your Ring Doorbell, you should see a percentage associated with the Battery Level. If you do not see a battery percentage, please make sure your Ring app is fully updated, then use the reboot option. The reboot should only take a few moments. Let me know if that corrects this issue.
