They stole my money!
Last year I got a yearly subscription then when it was time to renew 6/1525 they tried taking 107.99 out my account that I no longer have. The same day on 6/15/25 I switched to a monthly plan for 19.99 plus tax 21.59 with another card, the same day they on 6/15/25 they gave me a negative balance of 85.96 basically saying we’ve updated your account an I’m no longer getting the yearly subscription. Today 6/19/25 they took 107.99 out my account and stated it was a glitch in the system??? How? Then says I’ll be refunded in 7-10 business days. Smh! I’m a disabled single mother! They took my bill money! The representative Rom and supervisor Rhendy was so nasty and careless! SMH! Some of us don’t have extra money to wait 7-10 days they put my in a tough situation. SHAME ON YOU! Thieves! Please check y’all accounts bc if I didn’t call they wouldn’t have done anything!
