Hi, my friend invited me to be a shared user of her camera. I received the email from Ring that says,"Someone Shared Their Ring Device with You. You’ve Been Added as a Ring Shared User" I clicked on the link to create an account, and the account was created. Then I went back to that email and clicked the link to manage the request, and it brought me to the Ring login screen, and when I logged in, it brought me to the Shared Users page, and under "Locations (Shared)" it said, "No shared locations". My friend looks at her ring app and it says I have not responded yet. We've looked all over the Control Center to see if there is some other way to see her invite and respond. She has resent the invitation multiple times, and I've re-installed the ring app multiple times. Any ideas? Should I delete my account and wait the 30 days and then try again?

    Hi @user_69f89f. I would suggest having your friend delete the Shared User invite and you delete the Shared User invite emails. Then, start fresh and follow the steps in the Help Center article below.   https://ring.com/support/articles/clv68/adding-and-managing-shared-and-guest-users
