I called customer support to talk to tech about my ring device, not working. My doorbell would not chime after going through several steps. She told me I needed to contact an electrician. I’m sure that would’ve been at least $200. I told her no I wanted to speak to a supervisor and she came back with more troubleshooting ideas Finally lost the call. I continued to troubleshoot it by myself and finally got it working. It’s working sporadically right now so I’m waiting to see for a few days if it will come around and work steadily, I had a Ring before and really liked it. Switched to Google because I had Google cameras and Google was terrible. Doesn’t give the alert of someone being at the door like ring does so I decide to go back to Ring. Unfortunately, my experience today has not been good.
