Microphone not working on ring doorbell 4 battery
troubleshooting
I have have checked the microphone buttons, permissions everything. All other cameras (8 others) working fine. still I can't hear the person but they can hear me.

Hi @user_60798a. I suggest factory resetting your Doorbell to see if it helps. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
