Smart lights have wrong device health status.
troubleshooting
I have noticed that all my smart lighting devices, including 2 floodlights, 1 spotlight, and 2 transformers, showing 'offline' in the Ring app. The Ring Bridge is online and has good signal strength. However, I can turn them on/off using the Alexa app with the Ring skill without any problem. I tried to restart the Ring bridge without any luck. Any ideas on how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Bowie. Rest assured that our team is investigating and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Give our support team a call to be added to the group of neighbors experiencing this. Once the issue is resolved you will receive an email that it has been resolved and working. As a temporary workaround you can set up your Bridge and all Smart Lighting products on a new location.
