troubleshooting
Anyone has issues with this device, although connected to solar panel, ring app says it's not connected. Thought it was the panel so I replaced it, but same issue.

Hi @user_243fdd. I would also suggest making sure the Solar Panel is getting a few hours of direct sunlight. Try also factory resetting your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, then reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
