Ring floodlight camera lens cover

My driveway camera is just 1 and half years old.  It is hardwired under the eave of my driveway. The small clear plastic lens cover popped off.  I called customer service and was told to buy a new camera as there is no fix or replacement part and my camera is not under warranty.  Ridiculous answer and extremely disappointing.  Rings customer care is obviously aware of the this issue as it is all over the internet that there is a problem with this feature on their cameras. I had a Nest camera for over  10 years which never had an issue and when I moved since I was getting a new Ring doorbell I decided to purchase the Ring camera for my driveway.  Well,  you have lost a customer as I will now have to replace my camera and I will not be buying a Ring product ever again.  I will also tell anyone asking how much your product and customer service is garbage.
