Outdoor transformer light stays white instead of blue
transformer

My outdoor transformer for my lighting system stays white. When I press the button it turns blue and the Device Health says online and good, but the lights won't come on.

    Hi @bdorsey. If your device is already connected and online, then a white light is good. A solid blue light can be seen during the setup process, letting you know that the Transformer has paired with the Ring Bridge. I hope this helps!
