Light not going solid green on Ring Spotlight Cam Battery
probleemoplossing
Purchased a Ring Spotlight Cam yesterday and plugged in the Battery. As described the orange and green light came on. I left the battery overnight only to find both lights off on morning. I replugged in and both green and orange lights are back on. I’ve waited an hour now and still no solid green light. Is battery faulty ?

Hi @user_b14718. Have you tried inserting the battery into the device? Once installed, you can see the battery level in the Device Health menu. Alternatively, you can try using a different outlet/charger and see if that makes a difference.
