I CAN'T ACCESS MY OWN RING EQUIPMENT

I CHANGED MY CELLULAR PHONE, INSTALLED THE RING APP ON IT, BUT NOW I CAN'T ACCESS MY SPOTLIGHT CAMERA SYSTEM.  IT IS A FIRST GENERATION, SO IT HASN'T THE QR O ANY CODE BAR.  I TRIED TO INSTALL THE CAMERA SYSTEM ON MY NEW PHONE, AND WITH PASSWORD I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE "OWNER AUTHORIZATION".  I'M THE OWNER, WHAT HAPPEN PEOPLE RING?  WELL, I WAITED THE 15 DAYS THE AUTOMATIC SYSTEM SAID.  BUT I HAVE TO PROTECT MY HOUSE, MY PROPERTY AND MY FAMILY.  SO DON'T WASTE MORE MONEY AND TIME ON "RING".  I DECIDED TO BUY A NEW AND UPDATED SYSTEM, "RING" NO MORE. READ AND THINK TWICE, BEFORE BUY A RING, ALSO THE RESOLUTION IS OLD.   NEW TO UPDATE EVERYTHING, PROGRAMMING AND ACCOUNT VERIFICATION ALSO. RING DONT ANSWER THE MESSAGES LIKE I SEND. BYE RING PEOPLE.

    Hi @user_92b57b. It sounds like you logged into a different Ring account on your new phone. If you logged into the same Ring account that you used to set up your Spotlight Camera, you would see the camera listed. Our support team is available to assist you with account access issues.
