Smart Lighting
Hardwired Ring Floodlight Cam
I have a floodlight camera that the light has stopped working on. I believe it is a software issue. It stopped working about 1:30AM EST on 4/1/25. When I looked at the app, my other cameras were updating shortly after. I cannot turn on the light manually, nor can I get a schedule to work. The app says the light is "on" but it is off. I have rebooted several times. I have reset the schedules.

I tried this tonight... turned off the power for 10 minutes and the light still does not come on, either manually via the app toggle, or via new schedule.

Hi @user_1126a7. Try disconnecting the Floodlight Cam from power for about 10 minutes, then reconnecting it. Let me know if this helps.
