Alexa doesn’t answer ring intercom

Hello, I bought the ring intercom with alexa echo dot 5th generation. I set it up yesterday, and everything worked including answering the door through Alexa. When I cam back from work the next day, I can’t answer the door with alexa anymore. It would say “alexa enabled device does mot support that” All other features are still working including opening the door with alexa. It’s just the talking through the intercom with alexa that stopped working.
