No Wifi Network being recognized during Setup even where existing Ring network is working just fine.
Good afternoon I have purchased some new cameras to set up at my mothers house for peace of mind for her as she is elderly. Trying to set them up yesterday my Ring App would not show any available Wifi networks. I thought it was possibly an issue with the new Pocket Wifi we had purchased to use for her set up, howevr I took the cameras home to where my existing working Ring Network is located (no issues with my existing system) and it still would not recognize any Wifi network to connect to. Both my home Wifi and the new Pocket Wifi are 2.4Ghz networks (I read that has to be the case) May I please ask for any advice on settings I may have to change? It seems odd that I can be logged in to my existing account and all of my cameras are working fine, however trying to create a new account for my mother and add a camera it would not recognize that there was any Wifi available. Obviously the network is working as my existing account is having no problems at all. (I tired multiple new cameras as we bought 3 Stickup Battery Cams and a Floodlight Cam to use at my mother's house.

Hi @user_b2478f. I'd suggest fully resetting the Ring Cameras by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After that's done, attempt to walk through the setup process again in the Ring app. Make sure your Ring app is fully updated, and try a different mobile phone or tablet, if you have access to one. We also have some troubleshooting steps for the setup process here. Should this issue persist, the next step would be to contact our support team for further assistance. You can get in touch at one of the numbers available here, or on Facebook @Ring by sending a private message.
