  Hi @Andy_Cz. What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? When you arrive home, is your phone plugged into your car using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto? Does your WiFi extend to where you park your car? This information will help us understand this concern a bit more.

  Hi my app is up to date with the latest version I think as I have only recently downloaded it. I am using an iPhone. As I say it works fine and alerts me when I come home, I was wondering if it could remind me when I leave?

  Hi @Andy_Cz. This can happen if your phone is plugged into your car and using Apple CarPlay. Apple CarPlay will override the Geofence Settings and the Alert will not go through. This is just a quirk of the Apple system.  If you're like me, you plug your phone in right when you get in the car and most time, your bluetooth automatically connects, causing this issue.

  Don’t think it has anything to do with Apple CarPlay as I don’t use it. It is the same when I walk out of the area with my phone in my pocket. I get an alert when I return but not when I leave. Guess I will just have to try and remember to change to away mode when I go out.
