Couldn't load your locations.

I've changed my router and, now, while the Ring app works well on my Android 10 phone, it fails 'Connection Error 'Couldn't load your locations on my Android 14 tablet. The only contribution I have is that yes, I have locations set to On for both devices. Should I be able to run the app for my Ring 2ng gen doorbell on more than one device. Any advice appreciated.

I recommend trying the following steps for your concern: - Verify your Ring app is up-to-date. - Reboot your phone. - Uninstall and reinstall the Ring app. - Disable any active VPNs.
