Constant static when viewing

I have had this issue for a long time but just gave up trying to resolve. I recently found others with exact same issue on Reddit so thought I’d try and resolve one more time.  Buzzing / static noise from recorded or live view videos when using the Ring App. The doorbell it self doesn't emit this noise just the App and two way talk works fine (still has the buzzing noise though).
