Hi. My old doorbell is broken, and I have received a new one. How do I transfer the subscription to the new device?

Hi @user_d3cccb. You will not be able to transfer your plan over to your new Doorbell. You will need to cancel your subscription and resubscribe to a new plan. Furthermore, you will receive a prorated refund for what you have not used of your previous plan. https://ring.com/support/articles/0p7eu/Cancel-Ring-Subscription-Plan
