Solar Status connected issue
troubleshooting
My Ring doorbell is displaying solar status connected and I don’t have a solar charger. Subsequently if I try to charge via USB it does not charge as normal. No white light on etc. if I leave to charge via USB it seems to increase about 1% over several hours. Any advise.

Hi @user_c96160. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can find the device name located on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Do you have your Doorbell connected to an existing doorbell circuit?
