Ring Doorbell 4 Buzzing

My Ring Doorbell 4 has a loud buzzing noise when on live view. It is hard wired into a Byron 776 chime and device health is showing all good. Is this a hardware or software issue and what can be done to fix it?

Hi @user_93e282. The Byron 776 is listed as a compatible mechanical chime for the Video Doorbell 4. Does the buzzing appear to come from the Video Doorbell itself, or is it from the chime kit? If possible, please share a video example of what the buzzing noise sounds like.
