I bought is on June 1st literally as my return window has closed suddenly the doorbell will not connect to WiFi I’ve tried all the troubleshooting forms in the ring website I’ve even rest WiFi but nothings working getting to 95% connecting to WiFi then Says can’t do it I’m really annoyed as this is for serious security reasons and now I’m back to not feeling safe no option to replace the item either

Hi @user_b3958a. Is there a specific error message you're receiving in the Ring app when you try to connect the Ring Doorbell to your wifi network? Is your wifi router dual-band, providing both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks? Not every Ring device is compatible with 5GHz, so you may need to split the bands in order to connect the Doorbell to your network.
