Ring Doorbell 1st Generation Won't Connect To WiFi

Our doorbell, which previously worked just fine, is now not connecting to our wifi after being charged. I go through the steps for connecting it, and get as far as it asking what portion of the white lights are flashing (in this case, it flashes on the left), and when I select that, it just ends up starting the whole process over again. I have confirmed the wifi password is correct. I have confirmed the battery is charged. I have reset the doorbell. I have reset the router. Nothing has worked so far.
