Ring Doorbell 1 Wont connect to WIFI during setup

Hi everyone. I'm trying to setup my ring doorbell but even with the doorbell next to the WIFI router it says it can't connect to my WIFI and there is a problem with my Internet although it's the same setup as required. Anyone else had the same problem? Thanks, James

Hi @Chewymon. Try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that's done, you can attempt the setup process again. Make sure you've got your current wifi network name and password handy. If you have a different phone or tablet, you may also want to try setting the Doorbell up on there. If not, try rebooting your phone before attempting the setup. If none of these suggestions do the trick for you, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They can take a closer look and help ensure you get your Doorbell up and running. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support. :)

Try this: When you get to the bit where it asks if you want to connect to the same network as previously, say no. Then select the same network again and re-enter the password. Worked first time for me.
