My device was not detecting motion, so I removed it from my account and attempted to set it up again on my phone. However, when I press the orange button to start the setup, the white light does not spin. I have also tried performing a hard reset by holding the orange button for 20 seconds and waiting for the blue light to flash a few times. Despite this, when I press the orange button again, the white light still does not spin.

Make sure you've fully charged the battery before resetting the Doorbell.
