Problem with poor Video quality with red colour!!

Hello friend, We having problem with Ring Door bell video poor quality colour is red! Is doorbell faulty or need clean camera? Hope anyone could help?

    Hi @Coolmistry. This red colour is due to the nightvision getting stuck in the on position. To fix this, remove the power from your Doorbell for 3 minutes, then power it back up. If that doesn't work right away, you can reset the Doorbell. To reset the Doorbell, hold the setup button down for 20 seconds, then release. After the Doorbell resets, you can [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) it to wifi.
