Mums doorbell

Hi I have fitted a doorbell for my mum but she doesn’t have an email so I added it to my account. However she keeps getting my doorbell notifications. How can I stop this?

Since you are using the same email, and not using the [Shared User](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005235186-Controlling-Ring-Devices-With-Users-and-Roles) option, you'll have to toggle off notifications on the device your mum is using.
