Motion sensor not working on my ring doorbell gen2

I have a ring doorbell gen2 and on the settings it shows that motion sensors are on and that im supposed to recover notifications if anyone or thing moves past it but I don’t get anything at all …. I anyone knows what going on please help!!

Hi @user82482. If your Motion Settings are good, try factory resetting your Doorbell to see if it helps. To factory reset your Doorbell, press and hold the set-up button on it for 20-25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
