Full screen image - ring doorbell

Hi, When viewing my ring doorbell the image on my iPhone doesn’t display across the full screen, instead it has black bars at either side, my iPhone is a 12 pro max, in the pictures on the website and Amazon it shows an iPhone displaying a full screen image with no bars.. is there a setting somewhere to alter this?

Hi, this is to do with the screen ratio of your phone. You can zoom is slightly to fill ten screen, but will loose some of ten top/bottom of the image.

Thanks for the reply, it seems odd that the ring doorbell adverts / pictures etc all show what is clearly an iPhone with an edge to edge picture but yet you have to zoom in to get it..
