Disappointing reliability

We are on our second ring doorbell in 4 years and this is now playing up. It rings but there is no one there, I have done a factory reset and reboot but it still keeps happening. We currently have a Ring doorbell 4 purchased feb 2023 so under 2 years old. We cannot keep buying a new ring doorbell every 2 years, is there a known problem with these please as I see they are discontinued? Can you suggest a repair or do I need to look at a different make please?
