Chime pro has a solid green light and won’t connect to internet anymore
I have a chime pro that has been working fine for over 2 years. It stopped working and has a solid green light and no matter what I try, it will not reconnect to my internet. Does this need to be replaced?

I’m having the same issue and it’s only 2 months old. Chime pro says offline. I go through the set up and still won’t work. Have spoken to support on the boho eg who say someone will contact me, but I’ve heard nothing.m

CHi @user82084. The main troubleshooting steps available for the Ring Chime or Chime Pro include trying a different power outlet, and resetting it by holding down the reset button on the side for 15 seconds. After resetting the Chime Pro, you’ll want to walk through the setup process again in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Chime Pro is too far from your router, it may not be able to form a connection during the setup process. If you’ve already tried these troubleshooting steps and have not been able to resolve this issue, the next step would be to contact our support team to investigate further. You can follow up at one of the numbers here, or by sending a PM on Facebook @Ring with a few details on your concern.
