Chime not working, no lights on it no matter what I try

Noticed chime not ringing. No lights on it. Tried setup, no lights appear at easy time even after pressing reset for 15 seconds.

Hi @user80316. If your Chime is unresponsive and you have tried a reset and changing it to another outlet but are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
