Cant see previous videos
Hi, I can't see my videos from previous dates. There has been an accident in the neighbourhood and I was wondering if there is anyway I can retrieve the video?

Hi I do have a valid subscription I paid for one year up front. Some of the motions are missing why is this. My husband has just driven away and it has not recorded, this has happened a few times.

Hi @Nehal. You'll need a valid Ring Protect plan subscription active in order to view recordings of Live Views and motion events. You can read more about Ring Protect plans in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115001671383-General-Information-on-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plans). Without an active subscription, you won't be able to view past recordings. It's also important to note that your subscription must be active at the time that an event is recorded in order to go back and view it after. I hope that helps answer your questions! :)
