Cannot connect to Wi-Fi
Ring 4 Doorbell. It quit working on 27 July before the national network issue. I have done all of the steps: battery is charged, Wi-Fi is very healthy (RSSI = -35), QR code is scanned and recognized, white LED circle is spinning. I tell the Android app to set up a new device. My network can see the Ring-34de7b signal on channel 6 (RSSI = -55). At "Select the Wi-Fi network your Ring Doorbell should use" I can get no farther. The Ring 4 itself cannot see my network. It displays "Searching for networks" but never finds one. The white circle is still spinning. I have removed the battery waited a few minutes, and gone through the same steps 3 times -- same result. What shall I try next? Thanks!

Hi @Dan_in_St_Louis. If your Doorbell is not seeing your Wi-Fi network anymore, try these additional steps: - Reboot your router. - Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds. - Try doing your setup on a different phone or tablet. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
