Camera not charging it is just flashing blue constantly

Camera light flashing blue when on charge but percentage is not going up , I have tried other leads. It is saying it is charging but nothing is happening has been on charge for 2 days

Hi @user_8cac2a. Can you confirm which model of Ring Doorbell or Security Camera you have? The model name should be listed on the Device Health page in the Ring app, as well as on the back of the device itself.
