Blue ring lights always ON

Hello, the doorbell ring is always with a blue light ON, and I can’t find the reason. What should I do to turn it off? Regards,

Hi @user58258. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can find the model name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Is your Doorbell hardwired to an existing doorbell circuit?

I had the same issue and realised that whenever the App is connected to the doorbell with live view, the ring is blue and you cannot test the doorbell button action either. Just come out of the App..... It works for me.
