XML Error when trying to download previously downloaded video

Hello, I recently downloaded a batch of video files, and upon viewing them found that they cut off short of the full clip, some just a single frame before stopping. I then went to redownload them and found that I was not able, a bulk download of the same files produced an empty 44kb zip folder, and any attempt to download a single file from the original download resulted in an XML Error as follows: This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.
