Wired doorbell not detecting motion
I recently got a wired doorbell pro. Went through installation everything looked fine until I noticed it wasn’t picking up motion more than 3-5 from it. After numerous calls. I was advised to improved signal, to install the “bridge”. Changed motion setting around and it is still not picking up motion. It is frustrating because we switch to Ring thinking of a better experience/product but it defeats the purpose of having a camera at the door if it won’t pick up vehicles when we pull into our driveway or other vehicles / people passing by. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Otherwise a return will be last step. Thank you

Hi @user_ad7ab0. I suggest reviewing this page here to optimize your motion detection. I'm not sure why a Ring Bridge was recommended, as this device is only for Ring Smart Lighting and has nothing to do with improving the signal to your doorbell. The accessory that does do that is called a Chime Pro. I hope this information helps.
