Video doorbell Charge only lasts 2 weeks?
This is my second unit that doesn't hold charge. Traffic not excessive but only holding charge for 2 weeks rather than the 6 months I was sold on.Now every time I go in to app it's advertising solar charge(£49). Good money after bad?

Same issue pretty much. Charging once a week at the moment. After a full day on charge and appearing to have charged it's only 57% charged or 71% charged at best! Then drains quickly... cant get an answer anywhere. I've tried the orange button for 30 seconds reset process and still no luck. Help!

I have the original doorbell version. Having to charge it every week now. I even bought the solar charger. HELP !!!
