Video doorbell 4 stuck during obtaining IP address

troubleshooting
Updated wifi SSID at home. Started reconfiguring doorbell and while doing that set up gets stuck at obtaining IP address after connecting to temp ring wifi. Tried on 2 android and 1 ios phone. Same thing.

If your setup is failing for your Video Doorbell 4, try these following steps: - Charge the battery in your Doorbell for a few hours. - Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds. - Temporarily turn off the WiFi Assist or Smart Network Switch feature on your phone.
